No, using another domain extention is fine. As above this will be an addional cost but we are happy to register .com domain names as well as other TLD’s for the appropriate fee.

Yes we can in short. Depending on who you are registered with, they may or may not make a charge for this depending on your agreement with your current hosts. They may require you to contact them and arrange the transfer or they may allow you to e-mail, fax or write to them giving permission for Moov2 to assist. Either way we would only charge for costs we incur directly assuming no lengthy transfer processes are required which shouldn’t be the case usually. In any event we will keep you informed.

Yes you can. Most clients like to transfer to our servers as we can provide more personal support and also retain full control over the development technicalities. We can fix any problems quickly and easily and don’t have to wait on slow 3rd parties to respond to your technical queries.

Yes we can. We can also provide you with webmail so that you can check your e-mail from where ever you are in the world, so long as you have access to an internet enabled computer.

We do not re-sell space; we have our own dedicated servers which are backed up every night and subject to rigorous security and virus checking facilities.

What you website look likes is really up to you. You can give us a detailed specification or leave us to exercise our experience and incorporate your company’s branding into our design. Understandably if we do not have any direction from you then we must retain artistic licence over the end deliverable, we will however consider any specific requirements that you document for us. A Webfresh does not allow for multiple design options so it is the client’s responsibility to communicate any specific requirements to us prior to project commencement.

We can change your site for you in line with Webfresh terms and conditions. Once the initial build is complete as per the specification agreed we commit to making 1.5hrs of changes which you would need to note in the “Project Change Request Document” that we supply to you. Once this has been completed, signed and returned, we would carry out the agreed changes.

Due to the level of skill and experience that our developers have they will be able to produce an initial build within one day of the project commencement date. This will be published on-line for the client to view and submit feedback / change requests upon. A Webfresh allows for 1.5hrs of changes to the initial design without charge after the completion of the original design. No, we carry out minor textual changes to our Webfresh clients’ sites free of charge at our discretion. That is to say so long as the changes are not time consuming we will make them with out charge. Major changes to the site are quoted on a case by case basis.

We would change the IPS tag of the domain to point to your new hosting company allowing them to take control of your domain, we would not charge for doing this, all that we would require is for all payments outstanding to be settled prior to domain transfer.

HTML, Flash or a combination of both.

Flash requires Macromedia Flash Player to be installed on each vistor’s computer. If they do not have it, they will usually be prompted to install it, but some people may not have security privileges to do this on their computer and this can restrict those individuals’ ability to view the Flash components on the website. Flash provides excellent presentation abilities and we can make your site detect whether or not the user has Flash installed and present HTML content in its place (for a very small extra charge) if they do not. Flash is not as reliable for search engine optimisation as HTML content, therefore we advise all textual content to be produced in HTML.

We are an honest consultancy and will not mislead our clients. We will not guarantee your performance in the search engine rankings, but we will advise you if required on search engine optimisation and web marketing strategies such as Google AdWords which can be extremely beneficial to small businesses. We can also manage these services for you; this is not included in the price of a Webfresh however.

We do not restrict the amount of text that you put on your web pages, however we advise that you do not over do it as you may loose the interest of the visitor. Keep it relevant and to the point.
